Answer: We design and produce paper craft by ourself
Question: You are biggest 3D pop-up card in Viet Nam?
Answer: No, we are not biggest 3D pop-up card in Viet Nam. But we are the best quality of handmade pop-up card company, not only in Viet Nam, but also in the world
About ordering:
Question: How can I order your items?
Answer: You can come to Order page, and download our Order form, read our term and conditions. Then write into order form (which designs do you want, and quantity) and email to us. We will calculate and send quotation to you
Question: Can I order cards with our logo in back of cards ( not ANN logo?)
Answer: Yes. We can produce cards with customer's logo in back of cards with an order of 3,000 pcs (mix designs)
Question: If I want to order 1000 pcs, how long will it take for production?
Answer: Normaly, 1000-3000 pcs will take 2 weeks for production
Question: Can I have a small order for the first time to test our market?
Answer: Yes, you can (for the first time). Please email to us, then we will provide sample order to you
Question: Which shipping way can we use for cards?
Answer: Normaly, we use TNT, UPS or DHL agent with tracking code. Package will arrive 4-5 days after delivery. Some time, when package is big enough, we can use sea shipping
